Christmas Poinsettias

It's time for the holiday season to begin and FEW is collecting orders for Poinsettias to support the various programs for the organization. We will be taking orders for 6.5-inch pots in Red, White, Pink and Burgundy and 8.5-inch pots in Red. The Flowers will be delivered on Thursday, December 3rd and will be available for pick up during lunch hour, 10:30 to 12:00. We will be having distribution this year at Building 34. Please remember this FEW fundraising event is not a government activity and you should place and pick-up your orders on non-government time. Attached is the order blank that you can complete and return. Please be sure and put your name, code, building, phone number, as well as an alternate phone number. Please let us know if you will be available to help with unloading the truck at 8:30am or if you can help with distribution during lunch time. In the event that you cannot pick up your order on the 3rd, please make arrangements prior to delivery day for someone to pick them up for you. Rebecca Sparks will be

Chocolates We are taking orders for the second delivery of nuts, snack mix, and chocolates!! Attached is an order form, which also includes the price list and a brochure with a picture of the items. Please fill out the form and save it, then forward the completed form to Patti Burch, patti.burch@navy.mil, no later than 1500 on 03 December 2009. This order will be distributed on 10 December. The distribution of this order will be at building 34 from 11:00 to 12:30 just as the first order was. If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Campbell, X2236 or Patti Burch, X3662.
